Wolves wars - A new hope.......

Hiya folks, long time no see! It's been a busy time with the now ex-wife so been a bit busy.

So here we go, first up I have to say how god dam happy with the new owners, just a couple of weeks ago in the space of 2 days we - signed Costa for 13 mill, said if you buy a top you also get his name on for free, offered cash back (up to £120) on season tickets, and the Blues game would be half price...............now this to me is what a club should be doing for fans, we don't expect the world but now and again it's nice of the owners to go "Here you go folks just a little thank you for your amazing support" (something lacking from previous owners).

Yes this season is a right off (bar the good cup run, best out of any West midland teams in both cups) but I for one am already looking forward to next season! A CB or 2, a class CM or 2, a class CF or 2 and we have a good little team there, as I think we have 4-5 class wingers already.

So hello again and good tidings to you all, even the Wet Bum fans!!!

Costa won't be staying. Seems to be a bit above Champo standard.

I hope we continue with the same 11 that started against Chelsea for the rest of the season (maybe Mason to come in).

I feel the complete opposite, I don't see that side giving us any chance of promotion next season and that we need to quickly get Ronan settled into the side Cavaleiro/Graham when fit and Saiss needs a run also.

That said I still can't take the relegation threat seriously.

Just reading about a rumour of thelwell being involved in a meeting with fosun uppers last week regarding the treatment of some Mendes clients etc, maybe RU ours who knows, but anyway, this comment genuinely made me laugh......

'I imagine the meeting started with a photo of Gladon being slapped down on the table with an angry 'What the actual **** is this Kev!'

I am with you wolves55 there's a lot of things to be positive about despite the disappointing league position.

Of course we need to bring in more quality in the summer but I feel more confident about us spending money sensibly now Lambert is here rather than the Mendes/Zenga era.

Lets hope Fosun are still up for splashing the cash at a time when we have a sensible manager rather than the wasted money spent last summer and in the Solbakken era

Is it congratulations or commiserations when it comes to ex wives? One in two split these days which is quite amazing really, my mum married twice my dad three times, I have some catching up to do.

Next season could make or break us, if we are hopeless again fosun could lose interest rapidly.

When you said next year was make or break, I thought you were still talking about the wife.

lol true Blueinbarca!

Still good friends with the ex but got the new girlfriend to look after now but hay-ho

I really am looking chuffing forward to next season, I think they are in for the long haul, this boys don't like to look bad back home and they have us TV over there now! Still think if we had Lambert at the start of the season with players he wanted we would be around 8th-4th at least.

But not to be, lets just have a laugh till end of the season, beat them Brummie pratmasters and I hope they just try to enjoy there football, have a feeling a lot won't be there....

I am going to be in Shanghai at the time of our away game at Reading so I will be giving this Chinese tv channel a try. A 3 o'clock start here means 11 at night there. A couple of pints of Tsing Tao and some prawn crackers and I'll be set up.
