Either since your late teens (or if you're really brave) since becoming an adult?
I can watch most horrors and not even bat an eyelid. B
ut if ever I thought a character was really creepy in a film to where I did think about the film hours after watching it and thinking, thank goodness they aren’t real, was the main Bad Guy in Poltergeist 2.
Creepiest ever old guy ever and that song he sung actually made my hair on back of my neck stand and not in a nice way
And even though i wasn't scared, I wouldn't have like to have watched the animated version of Lord Of The Rings as a Child..........
An Horrors ever creeped you out?

Any.
I do not like horrors, I do not watch horrors and I do not understand why people like them.

As a kid, the only one that proper frightened me was the tooth fairy off of darkness falls. That generally was terrifying. Jeepers creepers, and the exorcist were mildly scary as a kid.

Nothing freaks me out that much now, but films that had effect on me when I was younger would be Poltergeist, Exorcist, The Shining, Blair Witch.
If you haven't seen it check out The Changeling (1980's). Pretty scary.

I love a good horror film. Watch this scene from the Exorcist 3, on full volume! Almost shat my pants first time I saw it.
