But then why not just make it till the end of the season?

If there's any doubt in their mind why the fack would you make it permanent when you can just cover your ass? It's just stupid to do it the way you said champions.

The point of making him permanent was to give him more authority, that's what had been suggested that he's going to be offered. I'm not choosing his contract length but suggestions are its full time.

Chamo of england,worry that Shakespeare could be like , Rob kelly , Sammy Lee etc, and good second in command but not a manager or leader.
Think he might be too close to the players to motivate them.

At the moment I'm thinking there's the possibility of a mix between Pearson and Ranieri, which would be perfect.

Ha ha that has got me actually laughing to myself, what an image

I was more thinking Pearson's man management and ability to build a strong team spirit but with a milder media manner more familiar with Ranieri, who I think he would have picked a few things up from.

So basically Pearson with Ranieri's manner and a bit more tactical awareness. Pearson never made the right subs at the right time but Shakey did on Monday. Maybe Okazaki could have come off 10 mins earlier but they were all the right subs and the tactics were spot on.

Craig Shakespeare won't be the best appointment, and certainly not on a permanent basis. You're not having Tony Pulis either, even if it means arm-wrestling the whole lot of you 😉. Difficult choices ahead for you guys because there aren't that many obvious choices around. Just stay up first, then you'll have time to think about it under less pressure. Leicester are still really popular among footy fans, despite what anyone says. Good luck. 👍
