Forest V Brentford FC Match Thread

Saturdays result will have buoyed up team, fans and management alike; that a realistic push to move away from the relegation fringes is about to happen.
Just as it was a mistake for Brighton to underestimate Forest, so would it be a mistake to take our next opponents to the City Ground Brentford F.C to lightly either.

Brentford sit four points above us, in 14th place having scored 51 and conceded just 2 less. They're a team that collects a lot of their points and goals, I suspect, from corners and set pieces. At least that's what the stat's suggest.

According to their website they only have two acknowledged strikers on their books. Philipp Hofmann who wears the No' 11 shirt but must play centre forward [ 6' 4" 13 stone ] who has made 10 appearance's this season but is yet to score, with one on target shot. He has unfortunately collected one red card though.
Their Danish hot shot goes by the name of Lasse Vibe, wears the No' 21 shirt he has scored 7 goals from 21 shot's and has made 21 appearances this term. He may be only 5' 11" but has made a instant impact in English football scoring 14 goals last season, his first in the Championship.
The rest of their 51 goals have been scored by Nico Yennaris [5] from midfield and some of the rest by defenders John Egan [4] Harlee Dean [3] Maxime Colin [3].

Head Coach Dean Smith, assisted by Richard O'Kelly must be well thought of at Griffin Park, because their contract's at the club have just been extended until the 2018/19 season. They have won 23/62 games in charge.
They both moved from Walsall to take up their present positions in November 2015. Probably shortly after Mark Warburton moved on?

I expect G.B to make changes with only two days between games, with Vaughan and Pinollios returning to the starting line up and possibly Clough and B.B starting upfront.

We're currently on the number of points that the third relegated team went down with last season, with Brizzle in that position but only 5 points away. I recon at least 50 would see us safe this

Burton (a)
Derby (h)
PNE (a)
Wolves (a)
Hudders (h)
Blackburn (h)
Cardiff (a)
Reading (h)
QPR (a)
Ipswich (h)

There has to be a few points in there, surely?

....................

Since when is the division that predictable

Rotherham can be disregarded for this, they'll not catch 2nd from bottom let alone anyone else.

It is unpredictable Ray, that means your prediction that my predictions will be incorrect will turn out to be incorrect.

Or I could repeat my predictions however many times it takes to cover all possible combinations of results.
