With Spurs joining Arsenal, Man City and either Chelsea or Man Utd in the semi finals of the FA Cup, 7th in the league looks to be guaranteed a Europa spot.
With West Brom falling off the pace, the top 7 looks a closed shop now. Man Utd are already guaranteed at least a Europa spot, so Everton, Arsenal and Liverpool can probably rest easily, assured of European football next season

EL is the one that lose their spot not 4th place

Europa and CL winners take precedence over fourth place.
It's unlikely to happen, though.

4th definitely miss out in the unlikely event two English clubs win the 2 European competitions and finish outside the top 4.

Yeah pretty unlikely I guess.
But United winning the Europa and finishing 5th is definitely a possibility, would be good to have those 5 teams in the CL next year.

I'm hoping we beat Sevilla and City don't go out against Monaco and we get them next because I reckon we'll do them over two legs, they hate playing us and play right into our hands every time and they won't change. Then the semi's and who knows? Stranger things have happened but it's very unlikely of course but wouldn't it be amazing, oh we can dream

I've often wondered why Arsenal don't deliberately finish 3rd in their CL group as they could have a realistic chance in the Europa. Is there any point going 1 extra round just be humiliated ?

You mean the third most successful team in English football? Yes, very unlike Arsenal. 61 and never again!
