Like I said you can see why the board would sack him however it is also OK to say it was unjustified and that he deserved much better after last season, the coaches played their part of course however as much as when you're doing badly the manager gets the blame he rightly should get the credit when you do well.

This is what has annoyed lots of people about the situation, CR was sacked fro poor results and people are looking, in some quarters, to discredit him for last season, so if you're happy to lay the blame for your dreadful form this season solely at his feet then you need to give him all the credit for the win last season, you can't have it both ways, and if you insist you can then you're a hypocrite.

But the very defensive nature shown by you and many LCFC fans suggests you know this to be true, especially when some seem to be going out of their way to find a reason to take some credit from CR, it's very fickle to be honest.

You're going over old ground, I stoped reading after the first paragraph.

Kneerash, if this had been your angle from the start you might have found both a more interesting discussion and people actually agreeing with you. (Which I do.)

Although you have to bear in mind that this is partly in response to the initial shock and horror at Ranieri's sacking from quarters outside of our club - expressions of outrage from people, many of whom have actually started to change their minds about the situation after a bit of investigation and 3 straight wins. (e.g. Martin Samuel.)
If you want to have a go at anybody for being a hypocrite, it should probably be at these reactionaries before you start losing your s... at CofE and friends.

What I hate the most is that last season Lester fans were saying ranieri was a hero but now they're saying he had an easy job and he didn't have to change anything to win the league title which is ridiculous. You're saying Claudio ranieri didn't have to do anything to win the premier league title with Lester? Seriously?

I don't recall saying that. And I've explained the "easy job" comment. If you've ignored it, there's nothing else I can do.

Wouldnt be happy if it happened at Liverpool but again can see why it happened, but sorry seeing fans trying to diminish what CR did, like some have, or try to give so much credit to a coach for last season is simply wrong.

Finally after about 80 posts, Knobrash makes a half decent point which most Leicester fans would have agreed with from the start

Ranieri takes a lot of credit last season for leaving things as they were and taking the pressure off the players and a lot of blame this season for facking up a winning formula.

What you're seeing on here that comes across as anti Ranieri are posters countering the whole backstabbing traitor argument
