After a long brave fight against considerable odds, the battle is now drawing to a close with an inevitable defeat.
It's St Patrick's Day tomorrow and Igor's birthday today, so we wish his liver well as it passes from this life and into whatever realm is next. It fought the good fight for more years than medical science had previously believed possible, but with birthday, Paddy's day, and the Forest match all lined up as only the cruellest fate could conceive of, the end is unfortunately nigh.
Farewell, brave soldier; you gave of your best.
Sincerest Condolences

Also Ireland getting battered by England in the game that Heb loves so much. He's going to go straight from drinking in celebration to drinking to drown his sorrows. It's going to confuse the poor feller so much he'll probably fall in love with Sam Rush.

I'd be careful if I were Heb, don't be getting too handsy.
Rush was a director of the amateur boxing federation so I imagine he's picked up a few pugilist's tricks along the way
What's so bad about rugby anyway?

Igor
Note the more modest and austere Presbyterian approach to birthdays rather than Ang's rather hysterical and over the top celebration.

Don't normally miss my drinks, Heb, but I'm not a one-vat man like you
