It was great pleasure for m to see that smug look wiped off of Valdes' mug today. Last time out he had a fine match against us, fair enough, but appeared to be mouthing off to a few of our lads. His slip today ranks with the historic and hysteric Stevie G. and John Terry slips, and Toni really made him look like a donkey as a result. There will be no more smug looks his next time out, especially since he'll be playing in the Championship, so we'll not see him again anytime soon.

Seriously though Victor Valdes has played an untold amount of games for both Barcelona and Spain,he is still a better goalkeeper than 99.99% of keepers in the Premier League!

None of it really matters, his name will always be in bold print when people look back at one of the greatest teams of all time.
I imagine he looks back on that time with great fondness and only gets a little bit upset by such scathing attacks from bitter folk like this one.
