We have conceded twice in a game

There's no way that Chelsea have been 'far' more entertaining than us.

If we created as few chances as Chelsea we would probably be 10th.

Chelsea show being clinical or grinding iut wins make a huge difference in perception of teams. People talk about Kante being so great and Pogba being so poor but Pogba is much better than Kante in nearly every important stat this season. I don't rate Pogba that highly but still it's funny the perception is different due to teams finishing.

You're still in 15/16 you weird LVG lover

I think they showed recently a comparison to Jose last title winning side and this Man Utd side and we are superior in pretty much all areas except finishing.

Robb we didn't play sideways stuff under LVG. We played a similar system to Peps 2011 Barcelona side but because we had dumb attackers we couldn't get the end product. We probably had 200 shots blocked last season as teams parked the bus nearly every game we played.

The sideway passes were mainly 30yds from goal. Under Mourinho we have a much lower defensive block then under LVG hence why we can counter attack more under Mourinho. Under LVG most games were 2-6-2 formation vs 8-1-1 formation. Now we let teams come forward higher up the pitch allowing space in behind.

Last season out of 29 home games only 1 game the opposition outshot us. We also outshot the opposition by double in 11 games out of 12 combined total in Europe. People never see this but troll LVG.

Yeah I love watching their counter attacking football at times. Far more exciting than anything we have shown.

Not always exciting granted, but sometimes you need to dig in for a result.

Costa, Hazard and Pedro have played some lovely stuff. With Kante in there they put teams under loads of pressure and it's fun to watch instead of our sideways stuff.

They're a bit of a dull club, really. New money, blah blah etc etc, look at us achieving brilliant stuff on merit. Just like city. I do like Hazard though.

Why can they finish their chances in cup competitions and not the league.

I haven't looked it up but I'd be surprised if United were not in the top 3 scorers in all 3 cup competitions

It's actually something I can't explain. I know it sounds stupid but it almost feels like we are cursed in the league.

We drew with West Ham in the league and against pretty much the same XI 3 days later we beat them 4-1 in the cup.

Also put 4 past Fenerbahce and Feyenoord who are the equivalent of a mid table/lower PL team.
