We Are a football team in the English Premier League,
We are defying all the odds - causing so much intrigue.
We went from the bottom to the top,
Then this season we neared the drop.
It’s so much easier when we are doing well,
At the top of the league and winning,
But oh the agony and despair of defeat,
It makes the Monday morning painful and takes away any grinning.
Blame the Owners, Rudkin, Ranieri, Players or even Richard III,
Because staying in the Premier League is all that matters,
No one wants to drop a league,
You would hear all of our hearts shatter.
Now defying the odds, and playing at their best,
Every game they play - they rise up to the test.
They play just like a dream - and play with passion and more,
And we all shout and cheer them - especially when they score!
We have become the focus of other football clubs,
We are second to none, we even have super subs (artistic license here)
We play to a packed house - and our football is a delight,
Everyone does their bit - with CL glory in our sight.
The managers have done a remarkable job, what a team we are.
Now we are winning, lets hope we can go far.
A dream of dreams is all too clear, and the trophy we do chase.
Despite all our differences, this is a time we must embrace.
A remarkable time we have had - as we enter the final run.
Remember all the memories and the things we have done.
Sitting there as proud as punch, week in and week out,
We are Leicester City, in the Champions League we have a shout.

Half the time I start reading this type of thing and after a few lines I've had enough. I write and can often be critical so I don't bother commenting but that was good, certainly not poor and hit the nail on the head 👍

I usually hate international breaks but this one I'm ok with because we're on a massive high and they really needed a rest.
The encouraging thing is that after breaks we do come back refreshed and we're always straight at it, we never put in the type of performance Liverpool did. We'll have a fully fit squad and a lot of games coming up and maybe some heartbreak too so I'm just happy rolling with it for now.

To be fair Nev there was an awful lot of passing and interplay between Vardy, Alli and Lallana last night. So I cant agree that nobody "wanted" to pass to him.
