The fact that they are not profit driven is what makes them left leaning... They don't have to attract the money driven, management types, that will have generally have a right leaning... and can attract the best, smartest creative minds, that will generally have a left leaning.

hmmm, there were certainly 10+ bodies on the ground... Some were dead, some were injured.
His wording could be better, sure. But it's hardly the kind of incicteful nonsense you might read today from more right leaning areas to the press.

Whilst I don't entirely agree that the BBC is at all times a balanced source for news, quite often it's become more and more of a mouth piece for this government, It's much better than Sky News and the horrible Kay Burley
