I swim a couple of times a week but don't walk as much as I did (which I miss) due to back and hip problems at the moment, hopefully will be able to start again soon. I take multivitamins etc as well as painkillers Darn but not sure about zinc?? I'll have to read which vitamins are actually in the multivitamin, if that makes sense 😂
