Steven Spielbergo's JAWS is the only horror film that has ever effected me in real life.Yes,that means I have a fear of swimming in the sea because of it.

Remember watching those pet rescue things on tv as a kid too and snakes ending up in peoples toilets in America then i saw a youtube video of someone kicking a public toilet seat and a huge facking spider attacked his leg!

Glad our country is pretty boring when it comes to animals and nature.

James Herbert's book 'Slugs' is one to read if you have toilet issues. I recall giant mutant slugs coming up the toilet whilst someone was sitting on it. Didn't end well for the person......

Yeah, there's so many..... The Stand is another. I think the fact that his books rely so much on the reader using their imagination, could be the reason they usually don't cross over into movies very well....
