Jose's summer transfer targets

INS:

Top keeper (only if Dave does leave which hopefully he doesn't)

Ryan Bertrand - Vastly superior to Shaw, especially offensively.

Michael Keane - Looks like we made a big mistake with Keane. All the big boys are apparently monitoring him. Big United fan and may love the chance to return and prove his worth.

William Carvalho - A big strong no nonsense brick sh1thouse of a midfielder we badly lack. Could be the player that we need to get more out of Pogba. He's a good footballer too.

Finally somebody other than Zlatan who guarantees us 15 goals+ a season. Griezmann is the obvious one but I have my doubts he will come now. Icardi, Lukaku, Aubamayang, Mertens, Lacazette all options.

Last time I checked, chelsea's improvement (in terms of points) this season was greater than leicester's last season. Fair play to Conte, but that is extraordinary.

I disagree because Chelsea are not punching above their weight like Lei were last season. They were well below par last year...which had more than a little to do with their ex manager...I.e. it is not Chelsea's success this season that is extraordinary, it is the extent of Jose's failure last season which was extraordinary...

Anyway, our season is not a failure yet but Jose is failing so far...We currently have the same no. of points as LVG had in his first season - having scored 5 fewer goals!

And I am firmly of the opinion that Jose had an easier task replacing LVG than LVG had replacing Moyes. At this point in LVG's first season he was considered to be failing so I don't see how it is any different for Jose.

Because we've won a trophy, could win another and this top 6 is a lot tougher than in LVGs first season
