Utd Fans

Be honest. How many of you have the ever so slight nagging doubt that Jose, still a good organiser, may be done as an elite coach and his days of making teams greater than the sum of its parts are gone?

I just love commenting, creating and debating.

Hope he stays for many years to come.

There's always doubts about everyone, simply because nothing is a given. This goes for everyone and every team, not just United.

Well no, not really. Jose pretty much guarantees a league title as a rule. That's what he does. He's the special one. Don't get me wrong it wouldn't surprise me if Utd spent £200m and snaffled a title but for the first time, taking into account last season, he looks a bit clueless. Don't know if you agree.

Couple of hundred million spent to play hoof ball!

Given what's happened in the last two seasons it's hard not to get that nagging feeling.

I didn't think he was the same manager after what happened in his last season in Madrid. He didn't look the same man at Chelsea even though he did win the title.

I think his weaknesses in coaching attacks are being brought to the forefront this season with us given we're lacking the proven attackers in their prime that Mourinho likes.

If he gets them next season and still struggles it'll lend more credence to the idea he's done as an elite coach.

That young buck Robins has.

You know the one that saved Fergie his job.

It's tricky because I thought Utd were hard done by tonight. If you're level you're on and I think Everton could have had a couple more off. Even Robles at the end.

It may just be too many games.

We probably still wouldn't have won.

He looked really clueless last season at Chelsea. The first time in a long time (probably since he was at Leiria) where he wasn't winning most weeks and he didn't seem to have the answers to get them out of the rut. He'd not really had to at a club for a long time.

Something similar now at United. Not particularly bouncy and cocky like yesteryear. A lack of spark perhaps. Perhaps not. We'll find out in the coming weeks and months.

Jose is all about winning in the moment tactically he is probably the best guy around. Maybe he will suit international football more than club level. Where he doesn't have to worry about buying and selling players or development of them.
