Reasons to be cheerful...

1. Chelsea
2. Tottenham
Three... Liverpool.

Why is supporting my team so stressful ?

Chuffed to bits we did it today though.

Hope Klopp has learned a small but important lesson about team selection for next time.

What lesson? Are you suggesting that he should have started with Coutinho, who has been ill all week and lost 3kg? Or Firmino, who admitted after the Bournemouth game that he felt burnt out? Or maybe Sturridge, who doubtless isn't match fit yet?

If he'd done as you no doubt would have preferred, the chances are they would have been ineffective against a team in the first half. Instead, he used the players that he considered fully fit, waited for the Stoke players to tire, and then brought on his three subs to great effect, thus silencing the whinging idiots who hadn't stopped moaning the whole game prior to that.

It was a weird selection i mean most of us would have probably gone with Studge with woodburn origi wide and if he wants milner central then moreno in but keeping the same formation we use.

Says a lot for Moreno and Sturridge doesn't it, not only TAA and Woodburn prefered but Klopp would rather change the entire formation then play them.

Moreno more so than sturridge. Sturridge is only just returning and given his record we need to ease him in. But two players out of position is preferred to using Moreno.

Pretty damning stuff.

I thought Sturridge Coutinho and Firmino all looked extremely dangerous when they came on

There are reasons to be optimistic

I'm glad he made the changes at half time. I think if it was 0-0 at the break he wouldn't have changed anything and we might have lost.

Yet to see what the hype is about Woodburn. Still early days for sure.

Nah I think the plan was to keep it at 0-0 until 60 mins then bring them on and go for it. Klopp said he wasn't sure Firmino and Coutinho could manage to last a full half, but going in 1-0 down he had to risk it.
