United have 3 tough away games against top opposition and one at home against the league leaders. Arsenal are in poor form and are 9 points behind us. Points in the bag are better than games in hand, as last night's result will illustrate.
City are in a good position to usurp us I think but Arsenal and United should drop a fair few points, as will we. Out of three teams sitting behind us we can afford to be usurped by only one.
3 wins, two draws and a loss would leave us on 74 points. City would need 13 points out of 21 to equal that and 14 to finish ahead of us if our GD stays better than theirs.
United would need 17 out of 24 and 18 due to GD. With that fixture list they could drop these points easily. They are unbeaten but I doubt they'll finish the season without another loss and hopefully enough dropped points.
Arsenal would need 20 points from 24. Less than three wins from our remaining matches would put us in very deep trouble though.
All in all I guess what I'm saying is that considering
1) Expectations at the start of the season and
2) Squad depth and quality
we've worked, hustled and pressed our way into a brilliant position where no one thought we would be. We could still miss out on top 4, the possibility is there so long as its mathematically doable, but after taking stock I'd say I'm very happy so far and regardless of what happens from now I can't wait to see what Klopp will do with the team next season.
Also very happy with Origi's progress. Show me a better 21 year old!!! OK perhaps you could but you get the point...
Top 4 will be a coup if we achieve it IMO.

11 seasons takes us back to 2005-06. In that time we've won the CL, FA Cup and League Cup.

I forgot your FA cup in 2006. But that's on the edge of 11 years anyway.
