He should be stripped naked and tied with razor wire by his bollox to the back of a horse and cart and dragged through the streets while members of the public throw any items that come to hand at him - rotten fruit, bricks, whatever, until he's dead, then just left to rot in the gutter with pigeons and rats eating his miserable carcass.
