Next Liverpool & M Utd fixtures

League of course:

Burnley v Manchester United
Liverpool v Crystal Palace
==============================
Manchester City v Manchester United (game in hand)
==============================
Manchester United v Swansea City
Watford Vs Liverpool

Hopefully we will have Lallana and Hendo back for next week at least from the bench. Utd also have only 3 days between the derby and Swansea away, which makes it really difficult imo.

Bring it on mancs

If United beat City at the Etihad then I will be crapping my pants. As it is now we have still managed to work our way to our current position which is great.

United's games in hand can be said to be the away games against City, Spurs and Arsenal. If they win these games then they will deserve top 4. Doubt it though.

Why are you discounting City from this?

We are 4pts behind them with a game in hand and still have to play them too.

It's 3 into 2 now.

Not worried about United as a threat to our top 4 position, too many tough games left for them to break into the top 4 now.
Good win for them yesterday though, against a incredibly out of sorts Chelsea.

Liverpool will play a stinker soon, it's in their makeup as a squad.

Yeah, with Mane missing, and injuries to other key players, they were meant to drop points in their last two games against away to Stoke and West Brom also.

You're not exactly playing great though. Without Mane you are half the team and you were fairly lucky yesterday.

We are the outsiders for sure but we're not chasing two great teams. You're bang average too I'm afraid.

Not really, we pretty much controlled that game from start to finish, and played really well, and fully deserved the 3 points.
As for bang average, well we are the best attacking team in this league, we are without doubt the best team in games amongst the top 6, and even when average, generally play far better football than Manchester United do, so Ill take that for now.

Man City are more vulnerable than us because Utd can directly take points from them.

Win that game and Utd have a fair chance of finishing above City. Mourinho doesn't have a very good record against Pep though so it's not likely.

Theres always a chance if we play Rashford upfront. City's defence has the highest line in the league. Marcus will ruin them if given the chance. Just like last year.

We win against our rivals and it's 'yeah but they camt do it against the smaller teams'

Win against the smaller teams with 3 of our main players injured and it's 'we were lucky to win'

I thought we were unlucky not to score more actually.

Can't wait for Hendo and Lallana to come back.
