FA Cup Semi Final

Am I the only Arsenal fan on here bothered about tomorrows game?
Seems most of you have given up already, despite our record against Manchester City being encouraging.

The big talking point, I guess, will be what formation we will play. With Mustafi ruled out Mr Wenger doesn't seem too confident with partnering Koscielny with either Gabriel or Holding so could continue to play all 3.
Another option is to play Monreal as left CB in a 3, bringing in Bellerin at RWB and moving Ox across to LWB. Or Gibbs could be brought in at LWB.

Could Mr Wenger be lining up another shock selection up front?
With Danny Welbeck struggling for fitness, Giroud is the best guess as to who will be starting up front for us. However, it should be remembered that of the 4 trips to Wembley in the FA Cup in recent years Giroud has been dropped to the bench for 3 of them. Yaya Sanogo was the surprise starter in the 2014 semi-final win over Wigan, while Danny Welbeck started the semi 12 months later. Then in the final that year Giroud lost his place after Theo Walcott scored a hat-trick in the last game of the league season.
So could it be Walcott again? Alexis Sanchez? Or even Yaya Sanogo - after netting a hat-trick for the U-23s as he returns from a lengthy injury lay-off.

It is a hard to call selection for tomorrow, with seemingly only Cech, Koscielny, Xhaka, Ramsey, Ozil and Alexis guaranteed of their place.

Wanted Chelsea tbh.
They were crap today as well. Don't fear them if we get to the final - although Hazard will start no doubt.

People keep going on about our record against Man City with just 1 defeat in 8 games, I think 2 in the league and then one in the community shield where they played a weak team, majority of the other games have been draws. We also haven't beaten City in our last 3 games. I think tommorow game can go either way, there midfield is strong so very scared of that along with Sergio Aguero.

Yeah, so they haven't been smashing us like some would like you to believe...

WBA and Palace have both beaten us recently, do you think they are better than Man C?

Man City beat us back in December though and we haven't beaten them in our last 3 games.

We didnt beat them either, but that was not the question anyway. The question was do you not think City are better than WBA and Palace?

So because City beat us narrowly 2-1 in December - their first win over us since about 2013 all the signs point to City hammering us?
Interesting.

And, no. City are better than WBA and Palace. But so are we. Just as City are better than Everton, despite a 4-0 defeat suggesting otherwise.
