Whatever happens at the end of the season is irrelevent, Monk has shown he is indisputably the best manager Leeds have had in over a decade. Anyone who does not agree needs to have a cold bucket of water tipped over their head. You cannot argue with results. Monk needs to be given the chance now to build on the positives of this season.
The key question of Leeds is not the capability of the manager. It is whether or not the chancer Radrizzani can prove he has more than two bob to rub together
Do not lose faith in Gary Monk

It's a tricky one.
We've wanted managerial stability, got it and had our best season yet under Cellino.
We don't know if monk can take us to next level and we don't know if his signings here have all 100% been his.
Under current circumstances I would say he is best safe bet for next season.
If ownership dies indeed change in summer I would be considering other options.

We would have been happy with 7th at the start of the season. The poor quality in the squad has been our downfall it he needs time to sort it.
Not much good around English manager wise that'd come to leeds in my opinion. Remember last season with the Karl Robinson fiasco?
We were laughing stocks. Maybe Radz knows a foreign manager but we have not had much joy there in the past.

Jansson
Bartley
Ayling
Sacko
Roofe
Hernandez (not counting the last few games)
Green
Vieira
It confuses me when people complain about Monk's signings. Yeah he's dropped a few clangers here and there but what manager hasn't?

And for THAT reason regardless of recent form and everything else, we must keep Monk. Deserves another season.

Phillips and Hernandez were given free passenger status, if that's down to Monk then he should be replaced.

Personally I'd say Grayson was better. Worked on a far tighter budget. This squad we have now cost £25m. Grayson had nowhere near that and he's proved since leaving what an exceptional manager he is. Huge mistake in not backing him as he would have got us up imo

Let him go into next season, but he has to start showing more tactical adaptability.

Gary monks defensive signings have been very good.
Jannson and Bartley are the best pairing we have had in years and Ayling has been fantastic and green is probably the best keeper we have had since Sullivan.
However his midfield is poor, if we are to go up he has to improve the midfield. He needs the correct players in and based on what he has bought into the midfield I'm not convinced he can do it

I agree there's not much between Grayson and Monk. It's all very well some saying we should have kept Grayson, but where was the outcry when he left? Nowhere. We slam the directors of other clubs, such as Leicester for betraying the man who masterminded their greatest-ever season, because we look at their situation from a neutral stance. With your own club, when things start going wrong, objectivity flies out the window and you look for a scapegoat. Pessimism takes hold and panic sets in. I've lost count of the number of good managers (and players) we've dumped since being in these divisions. Inside, we all know that if Monk went, we'd be back to square one, but the natives are getting restless. And this is Leeds - anything could happen.
