I don't believe we can hunt Chelsea down. We are relying on them to slip up and they have some pretty straightforward fixtures left.
BUT, that is not to say we can simply give up. We have to keep the pressure on and we have to prove to ourselves that we have learnt from last season and have the mental fortitude to go right to the end, whether we win or not.
There is a scenario where if we keep winning and Chelsea drop any points at Everton (a possibility given their home form) we could win at WHU and go top before Chelsea's next game. Thats the sort of pressure we need to apply but we have to beat Palace(a) Arsenal(h) WHU(a). Big London derbies, in-form Palace, and a wounded Arsenal, WHUs cup final.
Extremely tough ask, but if we can put ourselves in that position, if we win the league or not, it will show we have really and truly progressed as a team.
Winning those three games would be 10 wins on the bounce and would be 14 wins in 17 games. Real evidence that we are becoming a real force in this league and belong at the very top end.
Massive game tonight. Probably the toughest game we have left IMO given the oppositions form, us reeling from the Cup defeat and CFC putting pressure on last night. A win is not a given but would be a superb result and a real boost going into this run, put pressure back on CFC who go to Everton at the weekend. COYS!

I don't think our run in as bad as people are making out.... Palace, West Ham & Leicester are all safe (will have one foot on the beach), Hull will be fine by the last game of the Season. United are crippled by injuries & will have focus on Europa League & Arsenal are Cr@p and deserve a final battering at lane. For once spurs are gonna surprise us !! This is gonna be some freaky higher power shlt. Instead of finally breaking our hoodoo at the bridge we are do Chelsea out of the title !!!!

30 Years of thinking the worse !! I'm done with that ! At this point ... thinking top 4 is lock as is finishing above the Nomads so what do we have to lose !!! Saturday's tactical cock-up aside, we have been the best side in the country for 4 months, we are only fighting on 1 front. Rose sb back Sunday & Walker has had decent rest of late so why not. I know Chelsea are great going forward, but defensively they are vulnerable..... No clean sheet in 11 games... Im probably outta my mind but our luck has to change sometime right ? At least, unlike last year, most people/ teams would probably rather us win it than the plastics..... Hopefully a few half-ar5ed efforts against us to come !

Agreed. Then again you should have been favourites at OT, being the better team, as shoulder Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal.

I think we'll lose against Chelsea, after Saturday's awful showing they are already on their hols as the beach towels were well and truly laid out.
Although mathematically still possible, I think the players have given up on achieving higher than 7th and so are just consolidating that position.
