I know many fans are unhappy with the way we approached the game last night, but a point is satisfactory.
We are missing 4 starting regulars.
Our main striker (Ibrahimovic), who would have been perfect last night, to hold up the ball.
Smalling/Rojo. Rojo in particular who has been very good for us this season at CB.
Mata and Pogba. You can see how we missed these two in our midfield last night. Even just Pogba. If we had Pogba in that midfield, over Fellaini, I feel like we could have won.
All in all, considering all the injuries we have, a point is expected. We need to stay in touch with the top 4.
If Jose had went out and attacked, and then lost, 100% guarantee that fans would be saying we should have went more defensive and got a point considering our situation
Liverpool WILL drop points. 24 unbeaten now. Great record, never mind the draws, but this a good achievement.

All week people have been saying that we won't miss Pogba and that losing Zlatan is a "blessing in disguise".
Now we are supposed to be ok with having 35% possession against a City team that was way off form.
This wasn't Barca we were playing! And Jose himself is the first to complain when the opposition parks the bus...

How thick can some people be?
Sloth was sacked because his styke of play was to bore us into sleep mode over two season. Jose has had a couple of games like last night and vs pool where he parked the bus. Majority of the season we have battered teams and can't finish so yeah, that at some point lies with Jose too but weve been much better than the previous 3. Only an idiot woukd disagree.
Resultswise there is a big difference because we are competing for a top 3 finish. Closest we got to top three under sloth was a 1 week period over xmas at some point whilst being bored into sleep mode. European cup semi and a trophy in the bag.
The lvg fan girls mudd and scholaymong need to just accept - sloth was chit and Jose is better all round

The word 'competing'should give you a clue. Neither is a certainty, not even the title at this stage for cfc which was nailed on 4 weeks ago. All i know is its a damn sight better than the chit the plonker last season served up.

No one said we wouldnt miss Pogba. Not sure where you read that. Id anyone said that, they are deluded. Only when he is out of the team, you see how key he is for our midfield.
