Well, it's actually not that mysterious - perhaps the pace and physicality of the league is a bit much for him at the moment. SAF once opined that the biggest problem for Kagawa settling in England was that in the Bundesliga teams didn't tackle you. Obviously he was generalising but I think coming from the Bundesliga to the PL is quite hard. Have many succeeded?

I'd like to think Sane is succeeding and KDB, I know KDB has been in our league before but hardly played.

Yeah, KDB is probably one of the biggest successes. Wonder if his previous England experience helped?

Schweinsteiger earned about 100,000 per minute played, I'd class that as a success.

He's not very poor in the league by any stretchy you're just an idiot.

I think he's been poor in Europe lately too but his goals have masked it.

He's proved he can do it both in the league and Europe already this season he's just in a bad run of form.

It's his first season and he will come good.

He is one of our only players that can create something out of nothing. Along with Mata, Zlatan and maybe martial. Excellent player that just needs a bit more time to adapt

How many times has he created something out of nothing so far this season? I'm struggling to think of more than one individual moment of brilliance that has conjured a goal.

Pogba, Mata, Rooney and Ibra have each on more than one occasion. Even Lingard and Herrera have.

I'm not suggesting Mkhi can't; of course he can - we saw it at Dortmund. But for me, he's had a disappointing season when measured against both expectations and most of his peers, and he needs to show more next season. Much more.

His goal against Leicester? He turned a loose ball in midfield into a goal scoring opportunity with one touch via his quick thinking? All his own work.
