Is the title race "fair"?

The title race is drawing to a close now with both of the 2 sides at the top in Spurs and Chelsea have 5 games remaining. However, looking at the fixtures, would anybody agree that the title race is fair?

To elaborate, with both teams having 5 remaining fixtures left now, Chelsea actually play after Spurs 3 times out of the last 5 games there. This for me gives an unfair advantage on Chelsea for me and it was the same scenario last season with Leicester, who were usually playing after Spurs.

I believe Conte gave the right message by saying that both teams should play at the same time, but obviously for television purposes and viewing numbers, none of the big brand companies like Sky or BT will want Spurs and Chelsea at this stage of the season playing at 3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon of course. But, I think he timing of the fixtures plays a crucial role in the mind-sets of the players. For example, lets say Spurs were to play before Chelsea in this weekends respective fixtures. If Spurs won (against Arsenal) then the gap at the top gets closed to 1 point. Even though Chelsea can still afford to lose a game, that for me adds a bit more pressure on Chelsea's game (against Everton away) which sometimes can make the difference. However, with Chelsea playing before Spurs this weekend, they can increase the lead to 7 points again, which you can argue puts pressure on Spurs, but at the same time it has a negative effect on Spurs, as they are still chasing shadows really because they are too far behind.

I'm not sure what the respective fans' view point is, but from a neutral, I'd like to see Spurs potentially play before Chelsea to close the gap and put a bit more pressure on Chelsea, just because it will make the title race a more close run encounter and it really does test Chelsea's title credentials and bottle really if anything else. Thoughts?

Temper temper. When they were missed I thought we were going to have another of those games. Calm down.

Aaron...I have two questions, they are personal so i won't take offence if you don't answer them...

1) How old are you?

2) Have you ever played competitive football in a league competition and if so for how many seasons?

No point in asking questions because how do you know if I'm giving you truthful answers? I might be lying and you'd be none the wiser. Why do you want to know anyway?

I really don't understand your concept of why when other teams win, it means that a team should be concerned. Middlesbrough aren't winning, but even if they were, why would that concern Chelsea? Just because they've got them left to play, big deal.

I guess Watford should be concerned because both Swansea and Hull have drawn, so they are a point closer to them now. As true as it is, they won't be concerned because its so unlikely to effect them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No because Watford aren't fighting for anything, Chelsea are.

At the time of my post Chelsea were drawing and Boro were winning, so I posted that as Chelsea still have Boro to play and they were beating City of all people Chelsea might get a little concerned that they'd drop points at Boro. Will you all calm down, there's need for all this scrutiny from you.
