Is it imperative we keep Monk?
Without knowing what's round the corner or what's on the mind of AR and his supposed new backroom, what are your views on Monk staying or going on merit alone, tactics, team selection etc. Is he the one to take us forward?
Monk a must?

Monk has made mistakes and for me, he has to take some responsibility for the poor end to the season. He needed to motivate and get them to grind out a few more results which were needed. But he's inexperienced. This was only his 2nd full season and 1st at this level. He'll learn and improve.
But what would we actually gain for changing manager? We've not had a manager do this well since Grayson, so give him time and resources. Changing manager is starting again from rock bottom.

I'll be absolutely fuming if we get rid of Monk. He should've been given a new long term deal months ago and he should've been backed in Jan....which he wasn't and I'm sure he's pretty annoyed by it

How have Monks signings been poor? Did he not sign Pontus, Bartley, Ayling, Sacko, Green and Pablo?
He didn't get backed in jan, I don't care what you say
