Fellow Liverpool fans with all the bad depressing news in the world i thought i would share a feelgood story to cheer us all up. Its basically about a personal achievement that hopefully will inspire other fellow Liverpool fans.
A few years ago I was a sad, angry and blinkered fan like you and I couldn't bring myself to admit what a great team Manchester United are. Then I found out more about them and how they are steeped in history and success and how they are leaders on and off the pitch so that they transcend not just sport but also language and cultures.
I am now able to admit they are a far better and greater team than my Liverpool could ever hope to be.
Of course some of you will just say why don't you eff off and support United but you can't change your allegiance - its fixed early on and for that I will always hate my Liverpool parents.
