Info on the bomber (a peaceful article) 🍇

Here are some details of the bomber..

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4534224/Security-agents-know-Ariana-Grande-concert-bomber-s-name.html

He was a United supporter. Not that relevant a point but I guess this being on a football website gives him a bit of a background and humanises him a bit.

A terrible terrible thing to do. Was he brainwashed? Did he genuinely think what he did was going to make any difference at all?

He doesn't represent any Muslim I know nor do I think any of us know. He's a guy who was very likely mentally ill and sadly had the access to the ability to make and detonate a bomb and the evil desire to kill children to please a bunch of guys in the Middle East who didn't value his life whatsoever.

If there is a hell I hope he's there being raped repeatedly by mountain goats.

#jeSuisManchester

Muslims and non muslims united in condemnation for this utter cant. He represents muslims about as much as football hooligans represent a football club.

Not drunk, just angry. Okay, just a bit drunk. And that's supposed to be an olive branch in the OP

"Do you search the Internet for Muslim deaths daily so you can preach this stuff?"

No Muslims died, two NON Muslims died trying to protect a Muslim who was getting abused by a person with the same mind set as you.

"Nice sob story though, nothing to do with anything there though but ok"

If this the type of character you are, that you'ed say that after somebody telling you they faced racial abuse then you aren't worthy of any more responses.

Ramadan Mubarak to those fasting and thank you to those who have a balanced view.

I'm not going to take part in these threads anymore during this month as it's a time for patience and a time to learn to fight instant gratification, procrastination, impatience and seeking quick outlets for one's desires.

This thread won't help.

As Salamu alaykum (peace be upon you) all.

Guy shares his humiliating experience at the hands of racist people and that's the response.
Beyond pathetic.

On the foreign policy, any nations foreign policy is for self interest.
Compare Rwanda with internal Middle East conflicts. To say any country's foreign policy is driven by benevolence rather than levels of greed is deluded.

Every single life is precious, and I hope everyone agrees with that.
Where it's out of sight or not reported, sure, it doesn't carry the same weight of feeling as happening on your door step.
Would it surprise you, that the same anguish is felt by those losing loved ones killed by pursuit of "legal" foreign policy as to those close to the murders in Manchester?

No reason for him to bring it up then tbh, yeah it's sad but it was nothing to do with my point and he knew it anyway

It's one of the harsh facts of life.

A white Christian can never be the victim of racism.

Dian Flabbott has had yet another nightmare today!

She's got to be a Tory plant. Nobody could be as legitimately pig headed and policitically naive as her.

Or sexism, assuming we're talking about a male.

I don't understand who thinks it's a good idea to parade her on TV. A large percentage of the population really, really don't like her and her presence does Labour's electability no good at a time when they're slowly clawing the Tories back in the polls. I can only think that appearing on TV is her own idea.

Not only does she always try and come across as being the victim of what ever situation is being discussed, she never stops telling people that she lives in Hackney for some reason.

She also had an Afro 30 years ago, apparently. But please don't judge her on that today, as I am sure most of us would.
