Guy was/is a massive tool who loved himself more than the club.

I still chuckle when I remember him whining about wanting to be on the board, followed with him going to the papers and complaining that bates was a bad businessman...only for the papers to point out that his business went bankrupt and who was he to complain.

He then cried about press intrusion despite the fact he started it.
