Since I'm from Croatia, and a long time reader of the old and new 606 I have decide to write an article about Ivan Perišić,

which I hope becomes the first Croatian player to ever play for United (unfortunately, since there was a chance Luka Modrić coming to United a few years back!)
Perišić is a tall athletic winger, he is great in the air, uses both of his feet incredibly good, he scored a free kick against San Marino with his weaker left foot, and can take corners with his weaker left foot (Cazorla like!). He can also dunk a basketball:

He is a very Mourinho like player, works hard defensively, played at wing back for Croatia many times. Started his career as more of an central midfielder. Every Croatian would say that in the last 3-4 year, Luka Modrić is a very hyped player in our country and we all consider him a big star, but when it comes to games, last 10-15 games, there is no doubt Ivan Perišić is our best player and a true star that changes and wins games for us!
If you want to compare him to someone, compare him to Ronaldo and Bale, that is the reason why Mourinho is buying him, he is perfect for an counter attacking football. He is physically stronger than Ronaldo, and almost as fast as Bale, heads the ball as good as both off them, and is technically better than both of them, very elegant with the ball. What is most important for Mourinho, there is not an single winger in the world that works as hard defensively as Perišić does.

EDIT: Part of the reason why I think this transfer will happen is because Mourinho was in Zagreb, Croatia, 2 months ago watching the game:

IMO he had no reason being there, very uninteresting game unless you are Croatian or Ukrainian. After all, as he said few days ago, he is "tired of football, and wouldn't swap places with his players to go play international games". Many of our media had speculations about did he came to negotiate Perišić or Brozović move. Had no doubt it was Perišić all along, hope this deal goes through. Klopp think he is a good player! He bought him first when he was manager at Borussia Dortmund. Perišić was 22 back then. It didn't really pan out for him at Dortumun, and he is kind of a late bloomer I should say, if you are wondering how come you never heard of him till now.
Think he has developed significantly in last 2-3 years.

I have spent considerable time on a farm and i know fertiliser from a while away.
I like Perišić , he was outstanding at the Euros but go easy on the hyperbole as he is not in CR's class and even though i am no fan of Bale, he is not in his class either.

You say - who??? because you are an 17 year old boy that doesn't know sh*t about football outside of the premier league and el clasicos
