City to sell Iheanacho?

For all the criticism pointed at Jose for not playing youth, he stuck with Rashford all season and he played in 53 games for us. Tuanzebe, TFM and a few others got game time too.

Now I don't think Jose will bring through the class of 2017 or anything like that but I'm certain if a youth player is good enough he'll get a chance and won't be sold.

Iheanacho as we were reliably told by the City fans on here was the real deal. He was a player who joined City's apparently acclaimed Academy and was gonna be the first success story.

If he is sold will people at City be annoyed? Or will Jesus and maybe Mbappe arriving make you say 'Iheanach-who?'

Rashford is so overrated, decent player but United fans bang on about how he's the second coming of christ, better than Jesus?

----------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a great question.

Will the second coming of Christ be as good as Jesus?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Like Messi and CR needed each other; Federer and Nadal needed each other, it all depends if the Anti-christ provides enough competition for the second coming of Christ.

It could be a cracker

Howdy, RC!

Mourinho vs Pep is turning out to be a wet squib of a rivalry.

Howdy IOAG.

Indeed, it has. The supporting cast of Conte, Poch etc have become the main cast.

It's just warming up. I'm sure the summer incomings will get United and City to a higher level and make fireworks happen

Between Jose and Josep you mean, Robb?

Iheanacho was compared to Rashford at the start of the season, and fairly so - both had broke into the first team, been allowed similar game time and had similar records (Iheanachos was actually better).

Over the course of the season from what I've seen of him though the best he can hope for at City is a similar role to how you used Hernandez. If he's happy with that it's definitely a useful player to have in the squad, if he wants first team football though I don't think he'll find it with us. Link up play hasn't been good enough.

There's literally no way to justify your original comment that Gabriel Jesus has shown nothing to potentially set himself up as the better of the two.

So we are totally ignore Rashy's 1st season then?

Who had the best stats in 2015/16, rashford or iheanacho?

Iheancho needs to go away and play lots of games. Then we'll see how good he is. Being behind augero and Jesus will stunt his development

The only reason Mourinho played youth players was because he'd given up on a top 4 place and wanted to save his best players for the Ropey.
