Radz had already alluded to not spending a lot on players, orta now giving the same message is a little worrying, especially if we're spending 3.5 on Janson and 1.5 on sacko, how much is left for anyone else, especially if ER is going to be bought back in next couple of months, and the noises in that are worrying with AR making similar sounds as Cellino did in terms of complete lack of clarity as to how it will be purchased.

I would have expected new manager to have been named by this eeekend coming, if not then I'm sorry but it's looking like AR has completely misjudged GM situation and alternative situation.

Have no problem him not retaining Monk if he has someone he feels is bteer in mind, but if he doesn't have that then we're back to wasting preseason with even more potential issues of orta and the furniture salesman picking players for an incoming manager who won't necessarily want those players.

Hopefully plan becomes clear soon, I really want it to work for AR but am concerned at the moment. I remember people saying some weeks back that if manager situation wasn't sorted by end of month then they'd be worried, well, here we are.

Its been mentioned more than once that AR said when he came in he has a long term plan and isn't going to throw everything at it!..

I don't think this team needs to much, sort the midfield out and that's the biggest hole filled, a striker to help Wood out, and a bit more speed thrown in there would work wonders!..

People saying about money and not knowing whats going on, money we have no idea as to AR's sources and who he has behind him, but I'm thinking he's not alone as far as money goes, and that could mean players coming in at competitive prices and not inflated prices like some end up when the seller knows there's money to be had!..

And not saying whats going on, is it not better when we hear Elland Road has been bought out right than when someone says tomorrow it will be ours and then fall out about it the day after?..

Better when things are kept behind closed doors and the club gets on with things and people here can discuss what player's they'd like instead off blaming the club when those players weren't even looked at!..

I said when he said he wanted to buy elland road that I'd heard it before and that actions speak louder than words.

And for me that applies here.

I wont judge on what he says, only on what he does.

I think this time Elland Road will be bought, but he hasn't done what the idiots before him did and built peoples hopes up!..

Dose not mean he won't buy it tomorrow!..

But than we might have to wait a bit, he has not set a time limit!..
