It was recently announced that Garcia would move up to 140lbs to fight Adrien Broner on July 29 and the general consensus seems to be one of a positive nature. I personally find this match up underwhelming and I'm not that excited by this fight. Maybe a few years ago this fight would have been an interesting one but Broner has fallen so far off that I can't legitimately acknowledge him as a serious fighter. Garcia has other business to handle at his weight but he has clearly taken this non title fight as a decent pay day. I expect Garcia to win this fight but I hope he goes back down and unifies the division before he embarks on another trip to 140.

This just means Linares ducked Garcia.
Broner is going to have a 20lbs weight advantage on Garcia in the ring.
I doubt he will make weight though, good chance of this fight not happening.
