The threat from Jihadists, both homegrown and otherwise is growing rapidly. We would not want our societies to be terrorised by these nut jobs. At the same time we should not alienate the entire muslim population by tarring them with the same brush.
The problem however, is a virulent/puritanical view of Islam (Wahhabishm) propagated by Saudis and our other Middle eastern allies. Almost all acts of terrorism can be traced back to this Saudi funded ideology which is wreaking havoc all over.

The question then is, whether our governments will actually do something tangible against terrorism by sanctioning Saudi and their ilk or just pay lip service to the cause by going after smaller terrorist groups.
