Lukaku

If Lukaku had a change of mind and was willing to sign a new contract would you still sell him if an offer of £80m+ was made? I want shut, he's getting right on my t!tš. I felt the same way when Utd came in for Fellaini and City for Stones. At first I wanted to keep them but near the end I couldn't wait to get rid. Rooney is a different story, I was gutted when he was sold.

hmmm we will see. Maybe im too harsh on him, don't think i've seen him affect a big game other than when he scored against us in the FA cup.

Not enjoyed the way he negotiated a deal of a lifetime with us, then his agent use leaked news of him being 99.9% committed to it as a way to generate interest in Rom - and Rom is just as much to blame.

With him not being on the kit launch images its clear he is going. Would take the biggest sum we can for him and reinvest into a deeper squad.

Lets say we had £60m to spend without selling Lukaku. Would you rather use the money to build a team around Rom, or sell the big man and use the £140m (if we got it all) to strengthen the whole squad? I'd sell, we've become overdependent on him like we did with Lineker.

Thats my view, why be reliant on Rom when we could bring in two strikers that could possible give us 40 goals a season?

We need to replace his goals. £80m is a great deal for us imo, as long as we get a goal scorer in.
£50m + Costa makes more sense to me

I wouldn't try and replace like for like, we relied too heavily on Rom and if he'd of had a long term injury that would of been that!

We need to replace him with more attacking options up front, dare I say it, a bit more attacking style like Liverpool, at least if we did lose someone long term, we've still got that threat up front.

Now, goes without saying we'd need to strengthen up at the back, but we need to do this anyway as both 'keepers are as bad as each other, Jags is finished, Williams never really worked out, their combined age must be about 66 and showing the pace of a 66yr old!

We also need to look for a long term replacement for Baines.

Midfield I'm quite happy with, though I think we'll need to offload Besic, too injury prone.

Youth, we seem to have some gooduns coming through, doing well with the England U20's and Kenny is really impressing, think he'll break into that first team on a regular basis next season, not to mention our Premier League 2 title win

I very much doubt he'd come but I'd love to get Willian as part of the deal.

The sooner he goes, the better. We should also refuse to deal with his agent in the future irregardless of the qualities of any player who may be the subject of enquiry.
Leeches,the pair of them.
reported yesterday that we could not meet Rooneys pay demands.
Why has it all gone quiet over Ross?

Sell to United and try and get Rashford off them in exchange.

He is a cracking player. Would love him and the energy he would add to midfield along with his quality.
