Fluck me, we should have just bought the club outright, taken the players we wanted, and give them back what was left.
Probably would have worked out cheaper in the long run.

We need squad players it doesnt mean we arent signing anyone else. Great buy at that price if true. Last season we had no cover.

Why not just high jack the deal for whoever Southampton are trying to sign? Would save a few quid.

prob get our money back for him even in 2 years when hes 30 for that price. Won't improve the first team much if at all when all fit but will improve the squad a lot.
