Apparently with the money Ronaldo saved on taxes he spent on childrens hospitals and several charities.
Also heard rumors that the money Messi saved, he changed into a now obsolete currency and threw coins at homeless people whilst laughing at them.

Ronaldo is using the money to fix that statue of his head.

On this occasion he is accused of knowingly using a "business structure" to hide income made from his image rights.
Hardly unusual

No surprise this has come out since their earning were plastered everywhere.
I wouldn't be surprised if he avoided paying tax but after the Messi incident, I am sure the first thing he would have done is covered his back.
Nothing fruitful will come off this.

Don't know why people get so high and mighty about this. So many people will do anything they can to pay less and keep more. Whether that's saving on tax, 'expenses', anything around bonuses etc, people at all levels do it. It's easy to point the finger and come out with faux outrage though.

Don't call me stupid, but why - especially as famous well known public figures do some of these folks 'forget' to pay their taxes? That's not to say that normal ppl also haven't tried to. But you'd think that they may possibly be under more scrutiny than your average folk.
Yes, many may have accountants that handle their finances due to hectic schedules as well as 'laziness' but surely as a person who earns a significant income would want to make sure that they are law abiding and are paying their right amount of taxes.
