Messi is a tax fraud and corrupt. Not like Cristiano Ronaldo who is a great role model. Oh wait...

FIFA have already offered to stump up any missing cash.

Failing that, the Spanish gov't has confirmed it will be diverting funds set aside for development aid to cover for it.

And Spain's biggest banks have offered Cristiano a €1bn zero-interest loan in case he's short on liquidity.
