As if City need any more attackers. He would be the first name on the team sheet if he came to us and be working under a manager he knows well. I think that may sway it our way if it came to a choice between the two.

Look I'm not for one moment saying that Arsenal are bigger than Liverpool. Your 5 European Cups pretty much ensures that you are above us if it comes down to a comparison. However, Arsenal are clearly an important player in Europe due to the location of the club, their wealth, massive fanbase and history - which if we are solely counting trophies is the 3rd best in England (we have won 30 btw)

Ozil was Madrid's 2nd biggest player? I hope you excluded Ramos, Casillas, Marcelo, Pepe, Ronaldo from that list who offered far more for Madrid than Ozil.

2nd best is debatable but saying that he wasn't isn't as clear cut as you are making out. Ronaldo said he was the best playmaker he has played with and Mouriniho said he was the best No 10 in the world.

Perhaps not No 2 at Real but certainly a major player for them.

Everybody was crucial for Madrid, but none more so than them above. Look at how Madrid have played for the last 10 years or so and tell me their defence hasn't been a vital part in them winning the league and CL so many times.

I'm not debating anything you are saying just that Ozil was clearly a big player for Real and not a reserve who made the odd appearance when someone else was injured. Whether you rate him at Arsenal or not is not the point - he was a star at Real and was only sold because Real wanted to buy Bale

Obviously not that important then if they replaced him with somebody better. Could have got rid of somebody else less important at the time to do so.

It seems we are not interested in Aubameyang after all.

Why would we be? We've got Solanke
