Favourite moment, I suppose the final whistle at the Europa League Final season over, CL secured (not that it's any kind of great achievement) move on to next season.

It is really hard to explain, but I just felt so indifferent to the Europey win. Obviously glad we won it, but our football was so bad by then, I just didn't care anymore.

Bitter that Jose has taken us to a higher level than LVg ever did and how in that final we were a United side who were sent out with tactics and followed them to a T

The future is bright. Anyone who genuinely celebrated the Community shield more than the Europa is a confirmed bitter cant

Even LVG would look a genius if we scored 2 goals every 7 shots and concede 0 goals every 17 shots. We were lucky we scored 2 goals by the time we did as we did very little to score in both halves when we did score. 6th is lower then 5th or 4th. Its funny Mourinho has the worst win percentage in premierleague history and worst home win percentage at home in the league in many decades at home

If we scored 2 goals every 7 shots in LVG last season we would have hit 122.8571428571429 goals score rounded 123 goals in the premierleague. Mourinho got lucky in the europa league final we fluked an early goal in both halves and defended deep for most of the game.

First of all, under LvG we finished 4th and 5th. Under Jose we finished 6th. Jose did not have the injuries LvG did or manage an overhaul of the squad. LvG did not have Pogba or Zlatan too.

Every game we played under LvG we went with his tactics and followed it to a T. It was amazing to see Jose adopt even worse tactics in big games. Embarrassing.

Jose has actually taken us backwards when you look at things in context. The Europa League win just about saved his bacon.

I celebrated the League cup and the charity shield more because I believed we were making progress as a team. Sadly those celebrations were premature as we have gone backwards and resembled the Chelsea side he managed before he got sacked.

I hope we see an improvement but you will forgive me for not expecting too much.

The fine line between a poor season and a good one.

But the football was awful apart from a few games from January on.

United did not lose a single game this season in which they scored first (W37 D8).

Same, though I'd add that there was a real sense of relief at making the CL. We might do nothing in it but I just felt we needed to be there.

Smallings header at Middlesbrough almost eclipsing that header of Jones a couple of seasons ago.

I don't want to underplay it but even our Europa win was with a pretty easy run, we never really excelled or beat someone we shouldn't have.
