He looked really good today (outside of his penalty of course). He was playing upfront on his own, with very little service - but he looked dangerous every time he got the ball. I'm really looking forward to seeing how he does with Swansea this coming season. Exciting prospect.

I liked what I saw of him this tournament too, got a nice hard working vibe and fights/challenges for every ball that's just punted upto him because he's 6"3. Combination if his height, strength, tenacity, long legs and pace means he seems to always be a problem for defenders in duels i've found last few games. I think he could be a very good impact sub for Swansea and hopefully build from there

So Solanke won that on his own did he?
What a stupidly pathetic comment!

Every game in the tournament has been like that for him, no support whatsoever in all 3 games I've watched (missed tonights)!
Don't know if it's Boothroyd but the team didn't seem to be set up to be let of the leash, quite a disappointing tournament even in the group stages - but then I suppose they are being groomed for the full England team!

Tammy going to have so much fun up against defenders, outwit them with movement in the box. Hold them off outside the box with back to goal, which will result in numerous fouls won.
Factor in work rate/ethic...big problem. Ton more development/growth to be ironed out and extracted (like a tad more upper body strength).
Plays very well as focal point (bringing other into play), Lukaku for one never looked as cultured at this age.
Truth be told Lukaku to this day still struggles and hasn't grasped how to lead the line alone in my opinion.

I don't get what people watch, he looked woeful yesterday. Constantly lost the ball up front.

especially after lastnight But seriously, we will just have to wait to see how he gets on at swansea. Lukaku tore it up at west brom and everton, so lets hope abraham has a good season and We DONT let him go.
