Google say that popup is malware. Not sure if you get using a PC but on your phone just update your chrome browser and that stops it coming.
I had it for days until I had a web mooch for info. Saw a reply from Google to someone saying update chrome. I done it and not seen the popup since. I never use chrome because I hate it but the update seems to fix the default phone browser along with chrome.

Check if there's a browser update for safari? I can see how/why the chrome update might not fix that with chrome same as an android default browser.
If there's no browser update then take a quick look on the Apple support page. By the look of the google search I done this particular malware popup is rampant. There may well be a fix that Apple have come up with, worth a check.

Ive had it on Chrome and Firefox. It's malware that appears to get loaded with cookies on some websites. Ebay is the worst one I have experienced for getting it but not seen it for a few days now.
