Raith Rovers are the visitors in the Betfred Cup and hopefully we'll be ready. We've been using trialists in recent friendly games (including Paul Dixon who was given a runout, despite no longer being a signed player).

As you'll see, midfield is clearly the weakest area of our team and I'd like to see us get one or two more in there. The manager is still looking for players so there's hope yet and of course the league is still a few weeks away yet.
Our pre-season has been a bit hit and miss. We've had a 3-0 victory at Montrose, a 1-0 closed-door win against Blackpool and then a 3-0 defeat to Peterhead, all the games coming in close succession and featuring a mixture of first team and youth players.

Little Mix concert was on the last day of term for Dundee schools. Town was mobbed with pi$$ed teachers and Little Mix fans. It was a great atmosphere actually, despite the rain!
Has anyone been stupid enough to take Coll Donaldson off our hands yet? What a waste of a wage.

The women in my work are raging because the Olly Murs tickets are now being sold at 2 for 1 because the sales have been poor.
Apparently Donaldson played a second trial game for Barrow this week so fingers crossed he actually played okay for a change.

What we really need is for a team to take a punt having never seen him play. He needs to become a modern day Walter Rojas.
