Klopp relaxed about transfers

Some fans are panicking about the lack of signings so far, but Klopp was very relaxed when asked about transfers.

There is a long time to go before the end of the transfer window, so no need to panic yet.

Our main targets seem to be VVD & Keita, plus Robertson & possibly
Oxlade-Chamberlin.

I would personally be happy if we could bring in VVD & Robertson this summer, to add to Salah & Solanke.

Tierney is by far the best option at LB available.

Not sure what it would take for Celtic to sell him though considering he's the fav player of the fans.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Based on what, he plays in the SPL! Hardly a place to judge a player's abilities.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
He can't play in a league that doesn't exist

He's played well in internationals and in the Champions League.

Don't you lot want to sign VVD too? Where did he play remind me?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I agree, Saints took a gamble and it paid off.

But it was just that, a gamble. Robertson is far less of a gamble than a Celtic left back.

Wanyama also played at Celtic and he's playing really well in the prem!

Taking Either would be a gamble but I'd rather have Tierney as from what I've seen of both he's the better player. Don't look down on other leagues with such snobbery.

Robertson who was at Dundee United at the same age is less of a gamble than Tierney at Celtic. Not for me.

Tierney is way ahead of Robertson at the same stage of their development.

Saints have taken a fair few "gambles" from Scotland that have all paid off. VVD, Wanyama, Davis all of who are of have been key to their success.

From someone who has watched a lot of both Robertson and Tierney it would be madness to go for Robertson if they were around the same price.

Not really sure how much it would take but 12m could be possible probably closer to 15m imo, though if they sell Dembele it would be unlikely the would also sell Tierney,

In fairness not sure Celtic can command the fees that a PL side can, same with Hull being Championship so either would be a decent deal.

In fairness I haven't seen much of Tierney but taking a proven PL player over an SPL player seems less of a gamble to me.

Some of our fans really do annoy me, especially on Facebook. There was a few of them commenting on a Mirror article earlier asking where the money is for players and slating FSG

Not just FB, they're all over twatter also.

According to Sky, Man City paying £50m for Kyle Walker. That's probably put VVD price up.

I'd take Tierney, move Milner into a DM role as protection for Lovren and we may then find the player we bought.

My concern is that Van Dijk could end up as bad as Lovren when he doesn't have a DM to protect him.

Imagine that, 2 Lovrens on the pitch at the same time.

Don't see why it should? Walker is one of the best RB in the world and is a England regular.
