Ranieri's phone call

An article I'd missed untill today, not seen it posted on here so thought I'd share.

A lovely article about our title win and his new job at Nantes.

That was a very enjoyable read, what a great man, shame he faltered so soon after such an amazing feat. I wish him all the best at Nantes

Fantastic article - thanks for sharing.

What is clear is the Ranieri will always treasure the year he shared with us, and I think we will always treasure him for it too.

Yes it turned sour, but Ranieri articulates the inevitability of this perfectly in his words. Apart from Ferguson, even most of the great managers of the modern era have left in unhappy circumstances.

Just look at the challenges Wenger is facing at Arsenal!

What it teaches us it that we should appreciate and enjoy the good times. For they are the moments we should remember, not the negative ones.

That season will always be etched in my heart, and gave me the most incredible feelings and emotions that I will never forget.

For that reason I will always be grateful to Ranieri. We made each other happy. I'd like to see him return to be thanked on the pitch one day. Maybe the wounds are too fresh, but that needs to happen.
