I've watched on a Saturday morning for the last 10 years or so now at least.

Once Tramp, Lovejoy, Fenners and Sheephead left it went downhill very quickly.

Many years ago (probably about 18 years ago), we lived in Torquay and Helen Chamberlain came into my wife's practice to get her cat treated. My wife was out back and recognised her voice because I was a fan of Soccer AM at the time. "Hell Bells" was making a fuss about not wanting to be recognised, but literally no-one who could actually see her knew who she was.

Yep, erm, well...it was funnier at the time.

People always say that Soccer AM isn't as good anymore, it was never that good IMO but we're not 13 anymore and the early morning "bantz" is seen for what it is, infantile sh*te.

They were talking about this on TalkSport today and if you didn't know who Helen Chamberlin was you'd think an absolute colossus of sports media had passed away or something, not some 90s "ladette" who was on a programme which could well have been written and produced in the Year 10 common room...

I try to stay positive...

I never watched it, but any time I did happen upon it I always thought it was a watered down version of Fantasy Football League with Baddiel and Skinner, only without the humour.

Tim Lovejoy is, and was, such a massive phanny the program was unwatchable from the off.
