Pre-Match Comments: Expecting to play more defensively to protect our new boy, Lindelof. Hopefully, he will be able to prove to us that his pre-season tour was a fluke. I would like Herrera to play the ball forward more. I think his work rate will throw off Kroos and Modric.
HT Comments: Good to see some glimpse of positive football in the opening 10 minutes. Had to step out after the goal, WHICH WAS OFFSIDES BTW, came back and saw some would be good crosses in by Valencia if it weren't 5 feet behind everyone most of the time. When the prize money for the alleged League Cup doesn't hit 7 figures, I think the UEFA Super Cup is rated higher since the prerequisite was to win one of the European trophy available.

I rather win the Super Cup than a League Cup regardless of what the prize money is. I'm using that as one of the reason why I think the League Cup is actually mehhhhh to me.
