I wouldn't worry about it just yet. You had a bit of a slow start last season with 2 or 3 defeats and a bunch of draws; but come the back end of October you slowly put a few results together.

That said, looking at the stats for tonite's game it looks like like Reading are all over you with 14 shots against 3, 5 on target against 2 and 70% possession. Compare that to your Cardiff game and Cardiff had 12 shots on target compared to your 1.

Looks like you've got problems at the back and a play-maker in midfield.

If Bruce hasn't turned it round by Christmas he might have to go.
