Our midfield got out ran from minute 1 to 90, in desperate need of options to come off the bench
Wolves were composed and confident in possession and we were 2nd best all night.
Outplayed in every position
Wolves by far the better team. City looked lost in all areas.
Not being funny but it's Wolves one of the best teams in our league so everyone calm down yeah?
And so on and so on...........................
That's 3 games against 3 teams who people fancied to go up this season and all 3 dispatched! Didn't you just dread games like this before, Hull just came down from Prem, Tuesday night and you just knew we would lose...................2-0!
But now we seem to have lost the fear factor! Even now I'm buzzing to play Cardiff!
But I do think we are 2 players short......................a back up CM (Does anyone else think Kmac would have been perfect as a back up for Saiss and Neves?)
And a CF!
Come on me babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What Hull fans think........

One perceptive point there from the Hull fan is composure. Nuno certainly has it and its getting through to the players. Dicko would have blasted his chance wide last season, he took his chance calmly last night.

Didn't go last night but went to Derby and yep we are looking great. If we can maintain the standards set so far then we will go up, but it's early days, but we still have Costa to come!

Yes kmac would fit this system beautifully and yes I do feel we need another midfielder though I do rate price and Ronan and perhaps one of them will prove to be consistent if called upon.
Can't believe what I am seeing, it is no secret I have banged on and on about passing and quality on the ball for years so to be seeing it happen and being able to watch the games live is a little unbelievable.

You certainly seem to have a bushy tail again, metaphorically speaking of course

No kidding after watching the hapless crap of the previous two years huffing and puffing it's way about the park.
Nothing huff and puff about what we are seeing now.
Frustrating to think how obvious some of the decisions were but that's football when you employ dinosaurs.

Yes the 70's fan club will have to get used to this, I fancy

The fact that the goals are being shared about over the first three league games with 6 goals from 6 different payers just highlights how much faith Nuno has in his team selection and playing this completely new style with three at the back. I'm sure that he'll bring in one more player before the window closes, but he has to sort out our defending from set pieces. It's been our achilles heel for some time and he needs time on the training ground to sort it out.
By the way, how did Miranda miss that header?

This made interesting reading. Could it happen again?
But you don't have to be too old a Wolves fan to know that they have also enjoyed good starts to the season before - and not delivered in the end.
1998-99: Mark McGhee's side won their first four Championship matches, but then won just two of their next 12 and McGhee was sacked on Bonfire Night.
2001-02: Unbeaten in their first 11 league matches under Dave Jones, Wolves still looked automatic promotion certainties in mid-March. However, they won just two of their last nine games, lost second spot to local rivals West Bromwich Albion - who had been 11 points behind them with seven games left - and lost to Norwich in the play-offs.
2011-12: Wolves picked up seven points from their first three Premier League matches under Mick McCarthy to go top for about three hours. They won just three more league games before McCarthy was sacked following the 5-1 home defeat by West Bromwich Albion in February, and they were relegated by mid-April.
2012-13: Wolves won six of their first 10 league games under newly-appointed Stale Solbakken to be third on 3 October, but they were to win just three more times under the Norwegian and he was sacked after the FA Cup defeat at non-league Luton three months later.
2014-15: Newly-promoted Wolves won four of their first five league games under Kenny Jackett, but a run of five straight defeats in November ultimately cost them a Championship play-off place.
2016-17: Unbeaten in their first four games under Walter Zenga, the first head coach appointed by Fosun, Wolves were third. But they were to win just twice more in the following 10 league games and the Italian had gone from Molineux by 25 October.

When we were third under Solbakken Football Focus did an interview with him to find out about his wonderful methods.
Losing to Luton in the cup was a bad day but Dean Saunders was to bring far worse.
