Sky Sports reporting outside training grounds with players waving aloft big purple dilldo's and demanding a transfer?

Call me stupid but the idea of a transfer request still confuses me.

What's the difference between handing in a transfer request and simply just asking to leave?

One probably involves legal documentation giving up the right to outstanding bonuses/monies due etc... whilst the other is just a verbal tantrum.

I think with agents playing a massive part of deals something should be done about agent fees.

Maybe agents should only get the fee per year they stay in contract. So couts signs a 5 year deal and gets say 5million to his agent. The agent then gets 1 million every year he completes a year of that contract.

If a play is sold it starts again.
